2016 – Bhojpuri folks songs in Mauritius –Geet-Gawai
2017 -Sega tambour of Rodrigues Island

The 13th Session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage took place at the SVICC, Mauritius from Monday 26 to Saturday 01 December 2018. The meeting was chaired by the Honourable Mr P. Roopun, Minister of Arts and Culture.
The Director-General of UNESCO attended the opening ceremony and the morning session of the 13th ICM meeting. She seized the opportunity to have a short working session with the Honourable Prime Minister and a courtesy call to His Excellency the Vice President. She also paid a visit to the Aapravasi Ghat.
24 State Members of the Committee namely: Austria, Cyprus, Netherlands, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Polan, Colombia, Cuba, Guatemala, Jamaica, China, Japan, Kazakhstan, Philippes, Srilanka, Cameroon, Djibouti, Mauritius, Senegal, Togo, Zambia, Kuwait, Lebanon and Palestine, discussed on a number of issues that are important for the safeguarding of living heritage around the world.
